1. Private Label Gifts guarantees every custom Gift Basket item is free of defects before packaging and shipment. Private Label Gifts cannot be held responsible for any damage or defects that occur during the shipping and handling by parties other than Private Label Gifts, including but not limited to the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and/or the customer/end user. It's highly recommended that the customer purchase shipping insurance to cover the cost of a duplicate Basket should the original result in one or more said defects by one or more said other parties. Private Label Gifts is not liable to build and ship duplicate Baskets at our own expense should one or more defects occur while out of said control of Private Label Gifts.

2. The customer is guaranteed the right to view proofs of the custom Gift Basket labels for review and approval. Any doable changes or modifications made by Private Label Gifts as requested by the customer shall be also be sent for review and approval. Reviews by the customer shall include but not be limited to correct names and other spell checks on the labels. Once the customer provides their documented "Official Final Approval" and the Gift Basket is built and shipped, Private Label Gifts cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies including but not limited to misspellings, inaccurate photos and/or graphics, mistakes and/or oversights made by the customer. Said inaccuracies can be corrected by Private Label Gifts following the shipment of the Gift Basket back to Private Label Gifts by the customer. Under that scenario, the customer shall be held financially responsible for the Gift Basket shipment to Private Label Gifts as well as the shipment of the corrected item(s) back to the customer. The customer shall be financially responsible for the cost of any corrections or changes as deemed necessary by Private Label Gifts. Private Label Gifts shall inform the customer of all corrections necessary and associated costs before any work is completed. Said work shall not commence until the customer gives approval to start and associated costs are paid in full by the customer.

3. Private Label Gifts makes every effort to ensure the customer is satisfied with the product BEFORE shipment by providing periodic proofs of the custom labels as well as securing a documented "Official Final Approval" to build and ship from the customer. Therefore, Private Label Gifts does not provide a money-back-guarantee should the customer not be satisfied for any reason with the end product following receivership of the product.

4. Private Label Gifts will make every effort possible to ensure that a Gift Basket is delivered within the time frame requested by the customer. However, Private Label Gifts cannot be held responsible for late shipments caused by any party other than Private Label Gifts, including but not limited to the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and/or the customer/end user. Private Label Gifts cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to last minute and/or unreasonable change requests by the customer that affect the timing schedule, or any changes requested after the customer gives their "Official Final Approval" to build and ship. Any expedited, priority and/or overnight deliveries required based on the request or oversight of the customer will be paid accordingly by the customer before product is shipped.

5. Private Label Gifts will make every effort to ensure that the photos and graphics on the custom labeling are of the highest print quality. However, Private Label Gifts cannot guarantee said quality should it be determined by Private Label Gifts alone that the photos and/or graphics sent by the customer, either through e-mail, electronic means, or through regular mail to be scanned, are of less than adequate quality.

6.Private Label Gifts cannot be responsible for individuals receiving Gift Packages who have food allergies including but not limited to peanut allergies.
