How much is a Gourmet Gift Basket?

Gift Baskets are $79.95 . . . price includes shipping. Each Basket comes with no less than ten food items with custom labeling.

Can every food item come with a different custom label?
Yes. Every gourmet food item can have its own custom, unique label based on your specifications. The labels can be personalized for one person or for multiple people. But if you prefer to have the same style labeling on every product we can do that too.

Can I request what food product a specific brand name and photo goes on?
Yes. However, we cannot always guarantee that some food products will be available for your unique Basket. We can let you know what food items will be in your Basket before we ship.

Can I provide my own unique product description on each label?
Yes. But keep in mind the limited space we have on each label for a description. We’ll work with you in defining and modifying your description until it fits properly. And if you’re not quite sure what to say, we offer FREE design services to create someone's own Brand Name and product description.

How do I provide you with my label specifications?
We’ll e-mail you a simple questionnaire to fill-in-the-blank. Your answers will provide us with the initial information we need to create your custom labels. (For more information see the HOW TO ORDER icon.)

How do I send photos or logos to your company?
You can send us your photos, logos and special graphics to our e-mail address. Send up to (10) at a time or in a ZIP File. Photos can be of any size and (nearly) any format, though JPEG, Bitmap and GIF are preferred. We can clip, crop and improve the photo quality if needed.

Do I get to see what the labels will look like before shipping?

Yes. We will e-mail you proofs of your product labels before we ship. Feel free to make as many changes as necessary based on our capabilities. We will not put your custom Gift Basket together until we receive your “Official Final Approval”.

How long does the entire order and shipping process take?
Baskets can ship within two weeks, depending on how organized you are and how many changes you request. To be safe, we recommend ordering at least one month before you need the Basket to arrive at the location of your choice.

How soon will my custom labeling be ready to approve after I place my order?

We can usually have proofs ready for review within one week after you’ve provided the necessary information and photos.

How soon will my custom Gift Basket ship after "Final Approval"?
Baskets will be shipped within (2) days of your “Official Final Approval”. All Gift Baskets are shipped U.S. Postal Service; expect one week in shipping. Expedited shipping is available at extra costs.

Question: Do you ship out of the United States?
No. We can ship to all 50 States but due to specific restrictions we cannot ship products out of the United States.
